Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. If you’re in a hurry, expedited shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

We don’t like to keep you waiting! Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days. If you place an order on the weekend or during a holiday, we’ll get it moving the next business day.

• Free Returns within 14 Days: If for any reason our product isn’t a perfect fit, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return – no matter the condition it’s in.
• Required Feedback Session: As part of the return process, we’ll ask you to hop on a quick call with one of our friendly team members. We’re genuinely interested in hearing your thoughts – good, bad, or otherwise. Your return will be processed once this chat is complete.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Shoot us an email at team@ollos.co within 14 days of receiving your item to kick off the return process and schedule your feedback session.
2. Shipping Your Return: After our chat, you’ll be responsible for sending the item back to our office in Newport, CA. Once it’s in our hands, we’ll process your refund faster than you can say “Ollos.”
